Meddygfa Albany Surgery

Very disappointed with the services and lack of compassion I this surgery. The receptionists think that they have made it in life and that they have the authority to talk to patients like children. Today there was a pregnant woman with a child accompanied by her husband and the way one of the receptionists was talking to them left me puzzled no privacy whatsoever for the couple and the lady was visibly worried. Don't even get me started with repeat prescriptions.

Really sad to hear. Overheard the receptions being very short tempered with someone over the phone who had not gotten their correct medication. Firstly, receptionists should not be talking loudly in the waiting room announcing confidential information, but secondly after they got of the phone the 2 receptionists proceeded to sigh and roll their eyes. This is such unprofessional behaviour

Awful GP do not waste your time. They charged me 40 for a sick note when I had a panic attack and couldnt attend a university exam. They tried to put me back on a contraceptive pill which I verbally said made me mentally unwell. I left that practice crying many times. It should be closed down !
