St David Medical Centre

Only been with st David's a few months i am still in ore with there superb patient care all staff from receptionist nurse doctors are extremely polite pleasant and professional o am certainly not an easy patient but they always go extra mile or hundred miles to help they really are fabulous they make you feel better by just visiting there bedside manner is something not many can equal i have numerous problems but they certainly know how to help so very very lovely professional practice plenty other practices could improve by visiting and tacking notes thank you

I dont even wanna give them a star I was told from doctor to book an appointment and have been calling for 2 months now for an appointment every day they are fully booked !!! First of all they dont answer from 8 till 8:30 I was calling and on the website says they are open 8:30 as soon I called at 8:30 they picked and said sorry we are fully booked ?? They asked me to go to pharmacy and when I went to pharmacy they said they cant do anything I need to see the doctor Hate this surgery

How can u you call it a medical center for you te the receptionist about your problems then repeat your self to a so called doctor who either has to google or research your problems?????? I'VE v BEEN n WAITING FOR A EPI PEN FOR A WEEK AND MY ALLERGY TABLETS FOR A MONTH! NOT A HAPPY PATIENT

Absolutely shocking!! The wait is awful and they have 1 doctors on at a time!! Sat for over an hour with a really poorly 8 year old ! Will definitely be changing my practice
