I'm still recovering chest is still wheezing and managed to see the doctor twice once in january and again feb. it's now April and still can't get appointment for this ongoing chest infection.

They seem to have removed their telephone queuing system which means you need to keep dialing and hope you are that lucky one who calls at the exact second to hit the IVR. This morning was day three of trying and I managed to get through on attempt 200! Someone trying to call on a landline wouldn't stand a chance.

The worst surgery ever! You could spend all morning trying to get through and when you eventually do, the receptionist (Head doctor) tells you there is nothing they can do and try again tomorrow. Recommended an app that constantly crashes. Cannot wait to change my surgery!

bit disappointed having rung for 39 minutes and 59 seconds to hear a *click* then nothing, I was 1 in the queue for nearly 20 of those minutes
