        I am new to the Practice and attended for the first time, today. It was indeed a positive experience. Cheerful, helpful receptionist and approachable, diligent G.P. clean environment. Very pleased.

      • OXYGEN

        Absolute shambles of a GP. Opening time said 8:20. Called 8:20 went to answer machine. 8:25. 8:30. 8:35. 8:40. 8:45 they finally turned their phone lines on! And Ive been currently in the queue for 27 MINUTES! (9:12) and its still going. Just want to get an appointment for my mum whos suffering from back pain. Shocking

        No longer able to make an advance appointment around work schedule. Told have to call at 8am to be given a time for that day! This service is unrealistic for people who have work commitments. Also, the answerphone message is rude and aggressive

        Utterly useless. No facility to book appointments online, no longer able to book routine appointments, everything has to be called in at 8am for the mad scramble. Brings a whole new meaning the word chaos.
