Eglwysbach Medical Practice

I been with this surgery all of my 32 years sn now its gone to the dogs the practice manger need to go, and the receptionist want to understand its a breach of nhs to discuss pt to other members of staff infront of other pt. The drs are no better these days either can never get appointment and when its an emergency you get the appt you get told re book dr running over time after waiting all day! I am reporting to health board as this is 2nd time of being neglected. Always remember surgerys get funded for people going through the door the working peoples tax not a free service like they make out!

Main entrance is on pavement level but some consulting rooms are downstairs, you have to ask for an upstairs room when booking an appointment if you cannot get downstairs, but staff are accommodating about arranging an upstairs room if needs be. Doctors and desk staff as well as nurses are brilliant.
