        Best surgery ever. The staff are amazing and can always get you in to see someone on the same day if it is an emergency. We have been with them for over 40 years

        Yesterday 17/01.2.20pm came to surgery referred by St.Isan GP for Physio appointment by told by KAREN I could not be referred from St.Isan ,that I had,"No appointment"asked me to manager or checking records: she was patronising & rude.I went immediately back to St.Isan whose receptionist said - I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT & have been booked in again tomorrow 11.15am .If this happens again I will contact Public Health Wales re: my treatment at Cyncoed Surgery.
