The new building looks great, lots of room, clean and so much space, however, i still get sent elsewhere!?! Does the building lack medical staff? If so, what a load of money wasted on such a big space. The 30 mins online slot that starts from 8am to 8.30 am is a joke, by 8.10am you are not getting an appointment. one of the receptionists is just terrible, She is rude and unpleasant and had me even contemplating to leave the surgery, very unprofessional member of staff, who seems to upset a lot of patients. Great building, major staff issues.

Been a patient under this surgery for over 17 years today I faced the most inappropriate and most disgraceful behaviour by one of their receptionist who refused to help me and refused to transfer the call to the practice manager! When this person found out Im trying to make a complaint she terminated the call straight away! Im a professional NHS worker and never faced such an inappropriate behaviour like this before!
