Brynderwen Surgery

I forgot to ask for my prescription for my medicine I must take 1 tablet daily and if I don't take it I feel side effects, I called the surgery and they told me by phone to go directly to the surgery to get the prescription (because it is Friday) and when I arrive There, the service girl at the reception told me that they would not give it to me because there was no one to prescribe it. My question is, who is supposed to attend to all the patients who were sitting waiting to be seen? This surgery is very poorly organized, even to get an appointment you must be very bad because otherwise they tell you to call tomorrow and so on continuously for long weeks.

Amazing nurses in this surgery, they are all super kind, and they provide a very high standard of care. They are the Queen's of everything! Jackie, Paula, Sinead. Their emotional support and emotional intelligence is on another level. They treat patients with so much respect and consideration.
