If I could leave 0 star i would definitely do that. Receptionist are not only rude and abusive but also lazy too. The manager won't even hear your side of story and she jumps in to the conclusions.. disqualifiedand and very unprofessional people in charge of this clinic! Sad to see our tax money gets to this kind of clinic and people. .. this practice is dirty all the time! Regardless of covid they always been like this.. broken chairs and dirty carpets , you name it all. don't get registered there and don't deal with the chav Receptionist

Living in the area for a short while, when I signed up I was told it had to be as a temporary resident. Had a test done, and when I called up to get the results I was told they'd been discarded as I am a temporary resident. Excellent waste of time for many. Person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and patronizing, telling me it was my fault.

I honestly can't fault this practice. I've got numerous health problems and I've always been treated with respect by the Drs. Just recently my daughter had to have blood tests as she was poorly, Dr Powell contacted me within 4hrs with the result as there was a problem and arranged a repeat test. My only complaint is one of the receptionists thinks she's medically trained and can be quite rude so I try to avoid dealing with her. As regards to the appointment system, I actually prefer the Econsult system and I hope it's kept in place once Covid is over with as it's much easier to talk to your preferred Dr. Keep up the good work!
