Very rude and slow receptionist and I've also found your responses to other poor reviews very rude. You apologise but then try to pass the book. You must employ smarter receptionists

I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks. Every morning from 8 to 9, I call and the line is busy. If I call after 9, they tell me to call early in the morning at 8 am to make an appointment. Every morning, the user is busy. I didn't understand, they didn't even speak to me properly

Your phone line does not work. You should record a message if it works only at specific times. It is distressing for people who need to seek medical advice to be left in these conditions. It is your duty to put the patient at the centre of your practice, as reminded in the NHS Constitution. GPs should be the first point of contact for sick people but you make it not easy.

Its horrible, my father who needs eye drops for blood pressure, hes blood pressure more then 42 , he can lost his eyes . The university hospital send me to them , cause I cant always travel to university hospital, but they dont listen even, they say only call 8 morning, I called 2 days early morning, its always busy . They dont want even listen . I am pregnant , working , for what this all nerves? Careless ladies..shame
