        Honestly so rude one Chinese looking lady, i understand everyone has a job to do, the practice donot belong to your father you need to check your tone, who do you think you are.

        My elderly mother who has multiple health conditions including cancer hasnt been able to see a GP for over a year. Follow ups and blood test requests from her consultant ignored. Telephone appts booked but didnt happen. Refused to do home visit when my mother couldnt walk. Disgraceful.

        Helpful staff and lovely doctors. Takes quite a while to get through on the phone but no more than most doctors surgeries nowadays.

        Excellent care consistently. Including a Dr. who pursued my blood test results to get an accurate diagnosis of leukaemia. Cant thank them enough !!! Doctors, nurses and admin staff doing their best with not enough staff and resources to provide a proper effective service.
