E-Consultation is pointless they refuse to help, just tell you to ring Ashgrove. What was the point of spending 20mins answering all the questions. It's states that the doctor will call you if they need to discuss but they never do. Getting an appointment is a competition to see who can ring first at 8am. Expect to spend up to 1hr trying to sort it out. Last 8mths been trying to get help with possible cancer, had to wait 2-3wks for doc appt, I knew they would want blood but receptionist would not allow me to book a blood test at same time to avoid delay. Had to wait another 2wks for blood test, then 3-5 days for results, then they said a doctor would need to give results so that was another delay. They then wanted to repeat the tests so had to wait for appointments again. Finally got referral for MRI. I hope the surgeries poor service hasn't cost precious life saving time. This has taken months trying to get help from Ashgrove. The staff are nice enough but things need to be vastly improved, peoples lives are on the line.
