        Reception staff honestly need to find new jobs. The role requires a person with patience and compassion, instead all I have witnessed is the elderly being abused and disrespected by reception staff. I think it's awful that the reception staff feel its ok to treat the elderly with complete disrespect. These women need to find new jobs instead of taking their frustration out on vunerable people.
