        They kicked me out of the surgery for bad behaviour when i had a mental health relapse. This is discriminatory. If someone has mental health problems, their brain isnt working. Therefore how can they expect someone with mental health problems to behave well? Do not use this discriminatory surgery.

        Can't get through on the phone, GPs only do phone appointments. Not helpful or professional.

        The receptionists are incredibly lovely and always happy to help which is amazing considering how hard their job must be. The Doctors can be slightly hit and miss (particularly the older partners), but Dr Gomes is fantastic!

        The women on reception are so rude. Doctors are lovely but ladys have a day off and try to be nice. Can't handle your job then quit

        In the last 3 days i've been contacting my doctors each morning, ive spent around 3/4 hours on hold in total, i've been hung up on 3 times, line disconnected once I reach the front of the queue around 3 times. When you are reading this, i'm probably still in the queue trying to get an appointment.
