Left my mother who is very poor health with 0 medical care!!! Now my mum has been rushed to hospital three times because there doctor's either refuse to help her or simply blank her. To anyone suffering with these barbaric people I advise to submit grievensess through the NHS email address which they by law have to provide. I hope karma catches up with these ******

I left Caerau Lane Surgery as the receptionists were rude and unprofessional (slagging off a patient in front of a full waiting area) and now the two surgeries have merged I have to put up with them again. The Surgery is still using covid as an excuse not to see patients, resulting in my sister having an emergency op as they diagnosed her over the phone without even seeing photos. Their e-consult is a joke as they repeatedly lose your information and make you do the consult all over again. EDIT: Still as rude as ever. No acknowledgement when you you're stood at the reception desk as they're too busy talking to each other and when they do finally acknowledge you're there they are really rude with how they speak to you and most refuse to make eye contact. Absolutely horrendous reception staff.

I would have given zero stars but wouldn't have been able to leave a review. When in need of medical help this surgery removed me from their patients list. I have Epilepsy. Due to my intermittent condition, when I am well the job centre asks for a GP's fit note. The surgery refused to provide them for me. When the hospital specialist recommended changes to my prescription like dosage and frequency due to adverse effects, the surgery ignored all recommendations by the specialist. Communication with reception staff is impossible because the advice they provide is misleading and just a way of putting any issues aside without dealing with them effectively. My whole experience with this surgery has left me feeling that they believe that the issues that accompany my condition are too much hassle, take up too much of their time to resolve and finaly that they are happy for any risk to my health as long as they don't have to deal with it.
