Awful. You will get passed from pillar to post by the rude receptionist. Takes ages to get through on the phone and when you do they palm you off anyway. Doctors are amazing but you cant see them.

Utterly appalling attitude by reception staff. Wrongly told me I couldn't get a Covid jab because I wasn't 50. Then told me I couldn't make an appointment because I had no photo ID. Needs a serious complaint. Been registered 8 months with them, tried 3 times to make appointments. Failed every single time

The reception service is horrible! Spent few hours to make the phone call from 8am. In the first said I was in the first of the queue, then after few minutes I been turn to number 8, so I waited and waited finally they pick up the phone call , I said that I need make appointment for my son, then she said wait a second and hang up the phone ... what ?!!!!! I spent another hours and queued from number 17, when they pick the phone call and said wait again, then I waited and waited...what a waste of time...

Not one to usually write reviews but please avoid this surgery if you can. Doctors and nurses are wonderful but front line staff at reception are incredibly rude and always takes forever to get through to them. Sighing and huffing on the phone when you ask questions, completely unhelpful and feels as though their job is a chore. In the line of work that they are in you'd expect someone to be caring and compassionate but these come across as though they have better things to do than help their patients.

I have been registered with this surgery now for nearly 10yrs and I wouldn.t go anywhere else. There are comments here about the rudeness of the staff etc, I personally have never found that to be true, yes at times it takes a while to get through on the phone but, name me a surgery where that doesn't apply. This surgery is outstanding in my humble opinion the Doctors take time to listen to you they are friendly and in my case have looked after me exceptionally well. I accept people have different opinions and experiences but for me a perfect 10. Thank you Dr L for looking after me the way you do.
