Very happy with the work recently undertaken on our vehicle. Nice to be able to sit with the design team multiple times and make minor adjustments prior to production. Quick turn around with the production team and very happy with the result. Thanks again.

I cannot recommend Semaphore or their parent company The Print Centre Group as the work done by them was completely substandard. I contacted them to mount 3 photographic prints for an exhibition and I was not able to use what I received. The prints that I bought to them were completely ruined and I had to pay to get them redone elsewhere. Extremely disappointed especially as I had been recommended Semaphore by another photographer who was very happy with the quality of the work done by the company. However, since she used them, Semaphore has been bought by The Print Centre Group and a drop in standards has obviously occurred. After mounting, the prints were scratched and marked (defects which an employee implied were present before they started mounting), the edges were rough and had obviously been cut with something that was too blunt and pushed the paper rather than slicing, and large quantities of dust had become trapped between the print and the board resulting in bumps across all the images. The director of The Print Company was present at Semaphore and tried to give me excuses, saying that the pushing of the paper, or chipping as he called it, often happens. This is completely inaccurate and does not happen if a sharp enough blade is used. To be given this excuse and for the director to dodge responsibility is utterly disgraceful. John, the previous owner of Semaphore, was very apologetic and tried his best to resolve the situation, but it was clear that no one with the experience required was employed at the company. I was told that they do not often handle photographic or exhibition prints, and as I had made it clear what I needed from the start, I am extremely disappointed that no one made me aware of this. I received a refund from The Print Centre but not before I had actually been charged a second time for the work! The refund I received did cover both charges and I understand that mistakes can be made, but this could have resulted in a hefty fine from my bank if it had not been rectified. Overall, I cannot recommend either Semaphore or The Print Company Group if what you need is photography or exhibition related.
