They have listened and responded to the needs of our organisation, helping us to further develop our website and social media accounts. Our Melo website is really well received by our local partners and members of the public alike. It is easy to navigate and very accessible. The difference that it is making to people's mental health and well being is beginning to be evidenced through user feedback and testimonials. Excellent Service As a Public Health network who engages with a wide range of professionals, we wanted to rebrand and refresh our Public Health Network Cymru website to be more user friendly and engaging. Martin Hopkins have certainly helped us to achieve that. They have been extremely helpful answering any questions we have had during the process and continue the same professional assistance when required. Sarah has been extremely helpful with suggestions when we have wanted to add extra functions to the site to support our members. We would highly recommend their services.

We engaged Martin Hopkins DA between August and October 2022 to refresh our logo and develop our new branding guide. They hit the mark with one of their first suggestions, demonstrating how well they understood the brief! The turnaround on any amendments requested was prompt and staff were very responsive to any questions and queries at our end. For a small additional fee, our Communications Team was also offered a focused training session with one of the designers to make sure that we get the best out of our new assets. We are looking forward to launching our new brand identity soon and have already engaged with Martin Hopkins again to discuss other projects.

It is always a pleasure to work with the Martin Hopkins team. During 2022 they continued to enhance our local mental wellbeing platform Melo. A brand developed by the MH team during Covid, as part of their work in 2022 they supported the development of targeted content to a variety of key audiences to support our mental wellbeing agenda in Gwent, as we look to provide support to people to manage their wellbeing. During 2022 Martin Hopkins were also awarded a contract to work on brand development for our Integrated Wellbeing Network programme. With a goal of supporting our localities to establish their marketing, brand and communication assets to be able to communicate with local communities. The agency also developed a refreshed brand concept for 'Wellbeing Friends'- One of the most impressive piece of brand work I have seen in a long time. Taking elements from across our localities to build a central identity. Their support across our wellbeing programmes in Gwent has been fantastic, I would highly recommend.
