Terrible service, rude and breaking the law. Reported to Trading standards. Trading Standards went to the shop and told them off and advised them of the law. I bought faulty bedding and returned with the packaging and a mini statement showing proof of purchase, they refused to refund. Mrs Val Oliver the manager was very rude and unhelpful. She stated they have their own rules which are above the law. Three faults and not one apology. Terrible After I complained I got a refund. Buyer beware if things go wrong. Undate 28/11/22 Absolutely fuming, received my bank statement and instead of a refund, Shaws have charged me again for the faulty duvet cover. Contacted my bank and they have to send a dispute form for me to sign, they informed me that this is fraud, taking money without my consent, even if it was a mistake. They did suggest I inform Shaws but I don't particularly want to deal with this terrible service. Trading Standards did go to the shop and they informed me that they were breaking the law by not offering a refund for faulty goods and a mini statement is proof of purchase. Hopefully I will get both my payments back.

Lots of bargains and plenty of choice, but staff had to cover tills because it was so busy. Some customers received excellent help and advice and staff are usually on hand to help
