I had booked myself an appointment with the dentist here after going there in emergency for my toothache few months back. A day before the appointment they called to reschedule. I was very polite and understanding and accommodating over the phone with them. Even though I had been in misery because of my toothache. As they record calls, they have it in proof not once had I ever spoken rudely to anyone there. Not at my appointment nor on calls. I called today to request a change in my appointment and it turned out it was today and I had missed it. I had it noted down for tomorrow. There was a misunderstanding probably in our last call. The lady however was so extremely rude (more than when she was when I called the first time to check availability- genera query) and downright abusive on call I don't understand how she is allowed to talk to people in such manner who call the clinic. I was speaking very politely and softly throughout the call. Even after her aggressive tone and words. I request she is checked through as she can cause real depression and mental trauma to people just calling for appointments and queries. People who obviously must be in pain and seeking a professional's help hence calling for various genuine and normal queries. Honestly I am shaken with the way she spoke to me just because I called to request a reschedule of my appointment and there was a misunderstanding with the appointments. I wasn't even being softly demanding or calling them out for rescheduling me themselves. I was speaking so politely despite being confused of her rash and hyperactive response.This needs to be checked in.

My visit to the dentist today was brilliant , the staff are excellent, kind and friendly, they made me feel so at ease overall very professional, would definitely recommend this dental practice to everyone

This practice have been recommended to me, however after a short conversation over the phone, I don't actually see the reason why... They are not taking in new patients, the convo was rather cold and totally unhelpful. Without even asking me what's the issue, I heard I have to have a full mouth check before any work can be done. Funny enough the only thing that actually needs the dentist's attention is a tiny peace of the retainer wire that have to be glued back to its place... Well, you'll be better to look for a professional customer service and a dentist elsewhere.

My family were with Hywel Samuel and associates for a couple of years. Rachel Morgan is very competent and her timely referral to orthodontist was really helpful, and even at later stages of orthodontic treatment ( elsewhere) her opinion was extremely helpful. Sadly We had to move due to convenience of commute. Thank you.
