Doctor Julie Ransom - the best dentist ever, extremely patient and I never felt anything while she was working with me, very fast too! Excellent experience with this lady! I definetely recomend!

Received a letter today saying they are no longer in a position to offer further dental care for myself at this practice because of repeatedly missed appointments. I am a new patient at this practice and have been seen once. The second appointment I turned up for the appointment but informed them that my wife had covid and they said they would give me another appointment. I had a telephone appointment the day before confirming my appointment. My wife told them that I was unwell and was told that as long as it wasnt covid that I was to attend the appointment. Later that evening I was very unwell and attended out of hours and was informed that even though my lateral flow had tested negative that they believed I had covid. My wife rang the next morning to cancel my appointment but was unable to leave a message. My appointment was for 8.30 so to telephone later would be meaningless. Ithen today received theletter. They have done this to countless people. Avoid at all cost.
