        So much better than shopping at main wine/beer merchants for delivery. Very personal and great communication. Delivery failed first time and they went back again to a different address to ensure delivery was successful. On top of that, they even gave a "congratulations" card as I asked if they could include a short message. I didn't expect that. Communication was fantastic, confirmed once it had been delivered and kept me updated throughout. I would definitely recommend for fast and reliable deliveries.
