        Shambles if you need to contact by phone. Always get through to a central bureau, and experience delays and quizzing. Very frustrating

        Rude woman working here when we went which is a shame because I usually love M&S. Has good rates on currency exchange though which is the main thing, Im sure the rest of the colleagues are nice so probably would still go back here next time, its just annoying.

        Always visit here before a trip away to exchange currency and have always had a friendly experience with the colleagues. Similarly returning unused currency (notes only) has always been painless. Somewhat tucked away, but always a quick, pleasant experience if you do decide to take a look
