        When I really need help due to being told I need life changing surgery and wanted to take my children away for a last holiday before it happens as I wont be able to fly again Ive been with them for over 20 years and since all the rule changing its not willing to help out as I dont know where else to turn as they have always helped me but not anymore even though Im willing to pay extra to cover my loan
