        Issue ongoing for nearly a month and half. I ring to chase for the third time and the agent says they reply to each of my chases each time so are doing all they have to. They reply to say there is no progress and haven't fixed my issue yet so the replies are useless but I should be grateful apparently. I also can't get hold of my account manager. It also seems that 3 months ago all employees left great reviews here to bump up their review score which is shady at best

        This is a phone/financial scam company. Look at the reviews below - they have clearly got their staff to fill in a load of reviews which tells you all you need to know about them. They talk as though butter wouldn't melt in their mouths to get you to sign up but will stab you in the back (with a smile) the moment you sign up to something with them.
