        Would have a zero if I could they don't deserve a 1 star! Absolutely terrible company. Definitely won't be using them again!

        In recent months I have ordered 3 items on line and sellers have used yodel and not one of them has been delivered when their website says that items are loaded for delivery that day .but I won't go into the excuses I have had from the drivers as to why they did not / could not deliver.

        Terrible courier. Insists every time that she HAS to access my property. I've been at my gate and have been willing to take it off of her but she just walks away and says she can't deliver. Last straw yesterday was when she refused to hand me the parcel over the wall (like every other delivery driver) and then marked the parcel as "cannot find property". Today Yodel firstly acknowledged that she was at the property and then they said that the property couldn't be found. Terrible service, terrible company, terrible drivers!!

        Local courier has one of our parcels and has marked it as delivered. He's told us that he has lost it. It's not first time that this has happened. Yodel themselves are as much use as a snooze button on a smoke alarm. Absolutely f'all help from them. They only get a one star review because Google won't let us go lower.
