DHL Express Service Point (Haramaeen Travels Ltd)

Do not use this place as a DHL collection point. Their opening hours on google mean nothing, they were closed in the middle of the business day when they were allegedly open. They restricted when I could collect my parcel, they texted me saying "please come tomorrow at 12pm" despite the parcel being delivered today and hours before their closing time, and they refused to let me come at any other time which was a pain because I simply couldn't come at that time. In the end I just showed up mid-afternoon the next day hoping to walk in and demand my parcel, but they were completely closed. Luckily 10 mins later they were open and I was able to collect it, but the guy was rude, he told me "go and find your parcel in that pile over there" so I had to rummage through other people's parcels, and then he spent the whole time on the phone to someone. Lastly, and what disturbed me the most, he held onto my passport for at least 5 minutes, copying down ALL of my passport details, including my passport number. This is NOT standard practice for a DHL Pickup point, the ID is JUST to verify that I am the parcel recipient, they absolutely have no reason to take down my passport number etc. Again, just avoid using this place for your parcel collections, just use somewhere a bit further away where you can come at any time during the opening hours, and where you don't have to worry about sketchy practices like stealing passport numbers and other ID information... Reported to DHL.

Awful experience. Been here 3 times to try and send a package with DHL, not been open when theyre advertised as open. Still trying to send my package.

Terrible company. They are never open, even if their hours say they should be. Poor service. Had to visit over 3 times because they lost my package that they then found by the front door. Rude
