Most pleasant dentist experience I've had in my life. From being greeted by the staff at front desk, dentist and dentist assistant, everyone was really friendly with lots of personal touches such as asking for my nickname, remembering details about me in my visit and even the screen in the waiting room and music in the treatment room. The dentist appointment itself was as calming as it could have been with everything explained really well and slowly, lots of check ins and offers of breaks. Digital pre and post appointment service was also great. As an anxious patient, it was a marvel to come out reassured. Can only reccomend

Riley had an apology with Elin and Natalie for treatment. They put him at ease, made sure he knew what was happening and made the whole appointments as positive an experience as possible
