Nicola Taaffe @ West Grove

After not visiting the dentist for a very long time, due to a phobia. I finally decided that I needed to go. From the moment I arrived all the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have since nearly completed my pain free treatment and no longer worry about going for my next appointment. I cannot thank Nicola and her staff enough for being so understanding and patient. I would highly recommend this dentist.

This afternoon I completed a treatment plan. I cant thank Nicola, Roxy, the dental nurses and reception staff enough.They are all so incredibly understanding and kind. I no longer fear dental visits in the way I always have in the past. Thank you so much to a brilliant team.

I've been attending this dental surgery for 25yrs and the service is outstanding, friendly staff, very professional and caring. I have a fear of dental work, and Nicola and the team work with me to ensure I feel safe, calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a dentist that actually care about their customers.
