        I arrived early for my appointment but was seen almost straight away! The customer service was amazing. The ladies who spoke to me were all so kind and genuine. Nicole T did my scan and she was very informative and chatty I felt so at ease with the entire process. Id definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going down this route! Thank you for a great experience, Im excited to get my liners soon!

        It is a trap, almost three months gone and we didn't receive the aligners and payments are taken every month. Every month I receive the message that Dr. Naugmeldin Bagadi has aprroved but it is not true. because no new aligners were sent.

        All the stuff are so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door very friendly one of the best experiences Dawn was my smile guide answered all the questions and covered everything you need to know if anyone is thinking about teeth straightening and whiting I would recommend booking an appointment

        After receiving an email advising my home impressions kit weren't quite right, I managed to book myself an appointment with the Cardiff branch the same day. Genuinely, when it comes to my teeth I suffer massively with anxiety, so I was nervous beforehand. I've never had great experiences with dentists. The minute I was greeted by one of the lovely ladies working there I was at ease. I received a 3D scan by Jess who was AMAZING. She made me feel so at ease and I left my appointment giddy with excitement. The women I had the pleasure of meeting that day were incredible - for such a quick appointment I was offered a brew and everyone took the time to talk to me and had a giggle. Thank you so so much ladies, it was honestly the BEST service I have ever received and I am so excited to get my new smile. xxxxx
