        I keep being told, not right email, not right password... I was told I need to update payment method and I already did. Says my account will be closed... I'm trying to get ahold of someone with no success.

        Treat you like a theif when they make a mistake by not doing a gift card correctly. Then customer care treat you the same even though they can see there is money on a card that can't be used. Customer care need some more training

        One star is too high for this Company. Extremely disappointed, ordered same top twice in error, sent email to try to cancel one, it was ignored. When both tops came they were not suitable, had to pay to send back in post, only got refund for one, have emailed since about other refund, no reply and cannot get call answered at customer services. AVOID!!!
