        I decided to change the surgery telephone system as I was not receiving the customer service expected from probably the largest telecommunications company in the UK. After much consideration and checking other systems on the market, I decided to choose pinnacle. Their customer service is excellent, engineers highly skilled and the team always polite, friendly and sympathetic. We have now been with pinnacle for over 4 years and have not looked back. I thoroughly recommend them.
