Avoid at all costs unless you are willing to not hear back from you lawyer for weeks and lose your mortgage offer. Avoid *Antoinette Dumayne* and the company as a whole!!!!

        DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use CWPL conveyancing , very slow and just do not know what they are doing ! .. keep requesting documents , then moire documents , then more documents .. it has taken MONTHS just for them to be happy about a deposit !! If you want to keep your sanity use a local solicitor who you can actually speak too ..
