SPAR - St Mary Street

Rude pos working in there. I knocked on the window as the door was looked, it was window access only. I asked if he sold ice cream, he said no ice cream and slammed the window shut in my face and walked off, didn't even bother to asked if I needed anything else. I knocked again and he came back with an attitude, I asked if he sold bread or eggs, he said no and again slammed the window and walked away...This guy needs to be sacked immediately, he has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never been so insulted in my entire life! Headoffice please look into this. The date and time: 25/12 18.50

Arrived in the morning in Cardiff, concert in the evening and could only get to my airbnb after the concert. Stadium only allows a small bag. What to do with your luggage? Bounce is the answer. This tiny shop (Spar) knew the protocol and readily accepted my luggage, put a tag on it and brought it to the back. Picked it back up after the concert. Easy. Friendly. Only Bounce app would not let me correct from 2 to 1 luggage. I now payed double and hopefully will receive the refund in credit.
