This shop is usually fine but today I experienced one of the rudest women I have ever come across. Middle aged with glasses. She shouldn't be working in a shop - no customer service and the inability to just say sorry! I've used this shop plenty of times,.but today is the last

Staff extremely rude, if you have a genuine issue in store the staff seem to surround you and gang up on you. Very difficult to use parcel service as the staff seem to struggle using the gun and tell people its broken frequently. Had a very unpleasant experience in the store simply trying to retrieve a parcel first and last visit. Was barged into by staff and reduce to tears after visit Just an unnecessary display of lack of manors and lack of customer service.
