MTR LOCAL SHOP

Dont deserve any star. The staff was very rude and intimating when I tried to collect parcels from UPS. I went yesterday. The guy asked loads of questions but didnt bother to check parcels on floor. I went again this evening and showed him text message confirmation. He was even more rude and inpatient. Asked me to show him confirmation number, tracking number email, text., then asked me to check for it from all the parcels on shop floor . I couldnt find it. He had a look. Then shut to me and accused me wasting his time yesterday and today as there is no parcel for me . He said he doesnt care if I complain., Very unpleasant experience. Dont bother to go there again.

Parcel delivered to store which was confirmed when investigated by yodel. Store stated it was 'missing' Unbelievable. Robbers! Don't click and collect to store !!! Zero Stars.

I have never been angry with staff in shops but this time it is an exception!!!!! The staff is super rude, not helpful. I feel insulted so I have to defend myself. Worst experience for return a parcel at this ups drop off!

No stars for this store .Extremely rude man, doesnt like taking parcels at all . I took 2 parcels he ranted at me for taking them there . Never again . Yodel need to take notice and remove the facility and give it to someone who wants it !!!!! I didnt want to give any stars but had to other wise wont let you post .

Don't bother trying to do parcels here, staff not helpful. Shop rubbish.
