        I've always met lovely staff and experienced exceptional customer service at this store. But the night shift manager (I think he's new) is quite a nasty man. He speaks loudly at people asking simple questions and then laughs as they are walking away. Despicable thugy person.

        Went to self checkout to get redbull and had to wait for assistance. A young blonde girl was talking on the headset behind the counter. Took me ages to get her attention, when she finally came over, didnt say hello or make eye contact with me, slammed something onto the screen and was swearing at her friend on headset (the f word) and strutted off. I was gobsmacked at the customer service it was beyond awful. So disappointed in sainsburys for letting someone like this interact with customers
