Never turned up to do our kitchen and dining room refurb. Took a 25% deposit for labour only which they promised would secure a start date in 2 months time. They emailed to say it would be delayed by a week, which we were understanding about. A week later we had packed up our kitchen and dining room, taken the kids to stay with grandparents and ATW did not turn up. Eventually got an email about midday on the day they were meant to start, after we had called them several times. We could never speak with Anthony the guy who quoted, ATW answered our calls but to an outsourced call centre only, the poor person on the other end had no idea what was going on, just promised that someone would call us back. They promised to call back several times and never did. Then we got an email from Ryan their Admin Manager 4 days later asking for our bank details to return the deposit, even though none of them had ever said they could no longer do the job. Still no phone call. Got our money back but waste of time and effort.

We had our kitchen from Wren and were given an installation date of 19 April. Wren recommended a kitchen fitter - ATW Property Services. I am very pleased that they did, as we found ATW excellent. Anthony came do give us a competitively-priced quote for the water, gas and electrics and for laying a new LVT floor. They started the preparation work on 14 April and started the installation of the units on the following Monday. All of the employees were highly professional, polite and punctual. We are extremely pleased with our kitchen and would highly recommend ATW without hesitation. Thank you. Services: Installation, Install flooring
