I am very impressed by Jeremy's professional approach and efficiency. He responds very promptly and concisely (even on a Sunday!). Jeremy is very well informed and knowledgeable with regard to all the national planning legislation in both England and Wales as well as the local planning policies in place. He has recently successfully appealed a planning refusal for me where there were 26 objections from neighbours. So now I am looking forward to building the scheme out.
