It has been almost a year since I should have received my certificate after completing my course. Ive chased them throughout this time and they kept saying, 'wait longer' , 'another few weeks', but nothing arrived. I am going to report them to trading standards and take them to court if they do not provide my certificate. The service has been appalling and no ones seems to know what they are doing. There is no escalation or complaints process on the website, so if you have an issue, you end up being passed around different administrators who have no clue. Having said that, they took my money for the course fairly quickly. The rest has been terrible. I would choose another company if you are looking to do a course.

I completed my general and construction NEBOSH with Astutis and I implore anyone aspiring to complete their NEBOSH to look elsewhere. When I moved jobs, I updated my contact details with them as it was between sitting the exam and receiving the results. However this did not stop them from sending my results to my previous boss which was the first breach of GDPR. I was not provided with the right information to do the exam in the classroom which made it impossible to pass the exam. Fortunately they recognised their mistake and allowed me to resit free of charge. When I went on to pass the exam and received the result in December 2021 I never received my certificate which was strange. I had great difficulty in contacting them and locating it and it turned out they sent it to a random address in London that I have never lived at or have any association with- breach of GDPR number 2! When I made them aware they had made an error they kindly said they will cover the cost of my replacement certificate. Then they had it sent to them first because its company policy to scan in all of their students certificates before sending it out to us. At least that is what I was told, strange that they never did that with the original certificate or I would have been able to see the electronic version back in January when I first flagged the issue! 7 months after passing my exam I have received my certificate despite the best efforts of Astutis. The biggest win is never having to rely on such a shambles of a company again! Its difficult to see whether its the company policy or the staff that are not fit for purpose but whatever it is, it doesnt work! Please save yourself the extra stress and hassle and find another course provider to complete your qualifications! Other colleagues have used RRC who have been great and very helpful. Astutis is not worth your time and money!!!
