Avoid dealing with recruiter called Nathan at all cost. Hanging up phone abruptly when someone tries to say something doesnt seems to be professional. Thats disrespectful I recommend Kris as Ive never had issue, always helpful and there was good communication. Rates which BW offers arent equal to the skills you offer unfortunately, especially for blue CPCS operators

Spoke to them about a job start the day after speaking the site needed hi vis to be orange which I said I dont have one at home but I can go screw fix and get one by the end of the day the conversation ended with them saying theyll text/email with the details to send over to start when I ring them at 17:00 because they hadnt text or email me I was told they had give the job to someone else because I apparently said I couldnt get the ppe or to the site which wasnt the truth so I asked them to check there recorded logs for the truth because I never said that it I was then essentially told I was lying that they dont record the phone calls and put the phone down on multiple times All around terrible service which I would advise people staying away from this company
