Very quick communication and mutual understanding. He was very supportive with information and helping to ease some of my concerns.
I had gone in with a Dell XPS 15 laptop having RAM card issues as well as a corrupted Windows system. Was very worried.
And rightfully so, the issue was actually a bit more complicated than first thoughts and Nick was amazing to fix these issues. He was very insightful into what I needed to do with backing up old files and getting the laptop ready to have windows re-installed.
I couldnt have had a better experience. And for the cost of 25-30 it saved me the potential loss of the laptop entirely(1700)
