Paul and Ben are absolutely awesome and have saved my hide and resurrected our computers more times than I care to count. Instead of the usual grunts and angry poking that you usually get from IT guys, both these lovely chaps are great at telling you exactly why your computer has gone mad and what needs to happen to fix it. Highly recommend!

IIT is a breath of fresh air. As a busy SME, we were understandably wary about changing our IT suppliers and the possibility of having teething problems as systems were swapped over. However, our concerns proved to be totally unfounded as Paul and Ben could not have been easier to work with! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and their team; they are quick to respond to any issues or queries we have and always take the time to ensure that we understand whats going on if a new piece of kit needs to be installed or a process has to change and, crucially, they always follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly once their work is done. They are knowledgeable, efficient, patient and super friendly. We couldnt be happier with the service weve had to date and would highly recommend IIT to other companies, small and large.

When we first looked at a new IT support provider many names came up and several proposals were put forward. Something about the way Intelligent IT responded and dealt with the inquiry stood out above the others. Since first engaging with Intelligent IT we at Atlantic Resource have potentially not been the most straightforward of clients and much of requirements are quite bespoke. The guys at Intelligent It have been outstanding and always responded immediately and effectively in solving all issues and finding workable solutions to fit our business needs. We have recently installed an entire office with new PC's and the service from first ordering to complete installation has been impeccable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new IT support provider.
