Most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Took payment for Lanyards in April with a three day turnover promised on website and now two months later I have asked for a full refund as they have not processed a simple order for Lanyards. Fortunately paid through Paypal so will get refund. Been told MD works from Home and will process refund in due course five days after my request for refund. I will escalate this matter with Paypal to get my refund and report this company to Trading Standards as they are a rogue company. Do not deal with them please as others have had bad experience.
