        The best portuguese place in Cardiff bay to have a very relaxing enjoyable and good quality breakfast and good coffee to the sound of fado. I do recommend highly this charming portuguese caf. We went there for breakfast both days when stayed in Cardiff. Joo the owner is a 5* host and Lily was very lovely. Alda

        Nice place, but 3.85 for a Stake bake which was mostly pastry with very little filling was really quite a rip off.

        Lisboa Cafe owned by Joao is a wonderful cafe and one of my favourite cafes at Cardiff Bay. It sells wonderful Portuguese Pastel de Natas tarts and other cakes and savouries. Lovely spot and the coffee is wonderful. Joao is so handsome and a wonderful host.
