Are you lost are you found on this merry go round
This is by far the best cafe Nero I have visited. Ian the manager goes above and beyond for this company, even starting his shift early (unpaid) to ensure everything is set up and ready to go. Tables are clean and tidy, and so are the toilets. Staff are friendly and efficient. I hope management at cafe Nero appreciate Ian, as hard working, loyal staff need RECOGNITION!!!

This is by far the best cafe Nero I have visited. Ian the manager goes above and beyond for this company, even starting his shift early (unpaid) to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.
Tables are clean and tidy, and so are the toilets. Staff are friendly and efficient.
