        Called in for drinks and food at 5:20pm on Friday afternoon, hungry after a long journey. Was told that they had already turned the ovens off so we could not have any hot sandwiches, though these were still on display. After ordering coffee and cakes/biscuits, we were told it was takeout only, even though the sign on the door advised that they were opened until 6pm. Only one member of staff serving with two others sitting eating and drinking at the counter. We got the impression they couldn't be bothered. I won't bother next time.
