        The girls were nice so i hate to leave a bad review, but i literally want to cry. Took two items to be altered and they are both ruined. Both smelt of cigarettes when receiving them back from the shop. Took a dress to be shortened. Bottom of dress has been stretched when altered and now doesn't sit right when wearing. Shorter at the back and longer at the front. The seem is also wonky and slopes down. On the jumper. The sleeves are stretched and rippled. Seems not straight and some of the material on the arm has been pulled. Both brand new items. Ive had to bin the dress and re-order a new one as its not wearable. And now looking into another seemstress to fix the jumper. Beyond disappointed and money wasted. I have emailed the company for them to be made aware of the issue. Service: Alterations
