Terrible service! The cleaning was fine but the man organising had promised that we would get a steam clean of the bathrooms and the kitchen, did we get that? No. On top of that, even though the job took 3 hours with three cleaners, we were STILL charged the price of 250 after assuring that if it was clean the price would be reduced if it didnt take so long. Not only this but they refused to agree any price other than 250 at the start as they knew we needed it for an invoice. They extorted us as they knew we were in a tight spot. Extortionists of students and a totally devious company.

Unprofessional. To start with the girls that cleaned the house were great, but thats only any use if they turn up. I have no clue what the issue was as communication was extremely limited from the owner Jeremy and they did not come regularly. After a few weeks of no shows, I asked Jeremy what was going on and to return my key, I have had zero response and my key which was entrusted to this company has still not been returned. Jeremy, if you are reading this, please have the decency to pop it back to me in the post... I get that things can go wrong in business, but not to communicate with customers and to retain their property Is a shabby way to treat customers.

Booked a full house clean, oven clean and carpet steam clean. On the day they had no cleaners available so the owner Jeremy took the job on himself. Well what a joke - he stained the lounge carpet, stairs and hall runner which took me hours to remove. The runner had to be replaced completely. We had to have the oven re-cleaned with a professional company and had to have the kitchen and bathrooms re-cleaned. We gave them every opportunity to rectify the issues but were simply not interested and wouldn't answer the phone.

I have never seen such unprofessional service. I booked a deep cleaning service and agreed on the over priced deal and ignored the obvious rudeness of the guy over the phone. Took the day off work and stayed home for the cleaner who never showed up!!!! I called the agency and i was told we will find out what went wrong and call you back and again nothing!!!

Don't hire for painting. They are not painters and are certainly not qualified. And the long 5 star review on this page is Jeremy himself leaving a review.
