Sacked them as they blamed my parents for 'non existent dementia' when stuff went missing in the house after recent cleans. The arrogance of these people knows no bounds in dealing with my complaints. Promised an investigation but never back from them! Most of the regular girls were great though and my parents have used them for a long time. But don't leave them alone in your house unattended or at least get cameras. Complaint lodged with the police but no hard evidence to take it further sadly without catching them in the act. And looking at other bad reviews.....its always the customers fault, a bitter ex employee, a rival company or they've never heard of them. I am none of the above so I can nip that excuse in the bud right now.
